When you work with GPM, you leverage many benefits including:

  • Same-day field service support
Our sales team and service technicians work together to pinpoint problems and find solutions. Whenever possible, we shoot to complete repairs on-site, so we get our customers back up and running in the shortest amount of time possible.
  • On-site troubleshooting
We come to you. That’s the deal. We arrive on site and inspect the equipment that’s giving you trouble. We’ll determine the problem and the best course of action. If we can repair it right then and there, we do. If it’s trickier, we’ll haul your equipment back to our shop for a closer look.
  • Local repair facility
Isn’t it great to have nice neighbors? Since our repair facility is local, we save time and money on transportation to and from our customers. That means we can turn jobs around faster and get your equipment back into your hands that much faster.
  • Inventory of materials and parts
Not only are we close, we’re well stocked. We keep a large inventory of product lines and parts in stock, so we don’t have to spend time waiting for parts to arrive. We’re about getting the job done right and that means having easy access to what we need.
  • On-site (whenever possible) support for reinstallation
Depending on your location, we will either ship your part or hand deliver it. We don’t ship your equipment back to you. We prefer to be on-site whenever possible to make sure installation goes smoothly and your newly-repaired pump operates perfectly upon reinstallation. The best repair in the world won’t last with a poor installation.

Putting Service into Action

When two ski hill customers contacted us in the same week with pump problems, we acted fast. It was one of the first weeks they were able to make snow, so fast resolutions were key. Lengthy repairs could mean a delayed opening season date and lost revenue. Not a good way to start the season.

The first ski hill had a pump malfunction that required significant attention at the GPM shop. The second ski hill, on the other hand, had a simpler problem that could be repaired on-site, much to the customer’s delight.
